    吃饭的故事

          家门口的印度餐厅终于关门了,至于关门的原因肯定不是因为味道的问题.因为我和爸爸妈妈去吃过一次,味道不错,服务也很好,印度大厨们总是咧着嘴冲我们笑,但是那次吃完后我们纷纷表态以后绝不来吃了.当时爸爸点了份羊肉,90元,估计大部分人都会觉得起码得有羊蝎子那一锅的量吧,结果只有家里吃饭用的最小的小碗那么多,印度人还喜欢把羊肉弄碎了,小碗端上来的时候的时候我和老爸都以为这是先上的佐料呢!!

    这样的店铺主要的成本是租房和员工的费用,而不是原料的费用,价钱既然那么贵,就应该做的实惠一些。为客户服务的态度并不是仅仅通过微笑就能表达的,还应该考虑是否真的为顾客着想。事实证明,印度餐厅的策略是很失败的,他们至少应该好好考察一下在中国开餐厅比较成功的例子,然后调整一下自己的方案。可口可乐就很成功,因为它能知道中国人的口味偏甜,而改变在中国销售的饮料的口感。所以我觉得因地制宜是印度餐厅所没有的,关门也是迟早的事情。
